She and her family spend much of their time outdoors—snowboarding in the winter, camping in the warmer months, and staying active year-round. It’s a lifestyle that naturally builds an understanding of how the body is used, challenged, and sometimes pushed too far.
That firsthand experience translates directly into her work. She understands what it feels like to be sore after a long day, tight after activity, or simply worn down over time. And she brings that perspective into every session—meeting clients with both knowledge and relatability.

A Different Kind of Massage Experience
Tara is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. She is so knowledgeable about body mechanics and got my neck/shoulders moving again. She took a lot of time to understand my past history and physical issues. From there, her expertise showed immediately as she found all the areas where I was tense and locked, and through a mix of massage and stretching, she helped to relieve pain and get me moving again.
I had my first appointment yesterday and it was great. Tara is very caring and if my next visits are as good as this one, I’ll be a very happy lady!!
